Three of us went to dinner here. The restaurant was unassuming but the food was good. We ordered Himalayan chicken chili momos, butter chicken, puri and garlic naan. The Himalayan chicken chili momos reminded me Chinese sweet and sour pork. Garlic naan was tasty but on the thin side for a naan. The sauce on the butter chicken was very tasty, wish it had more dark meat tho (personal preference). The consciences that our best dish was the Dahi puri chaat. Very delicious and perfect bite size. Mango lassi was tasty and Service was good also.

The ambiance of the restaurant is very cozy and warm. Chilli momo, momo sauce, chowmein are very authentic. Felt as if I was dining in a restaurant in Kathmandu. Really recommend trying dahi puri chaat, the cold sauce combined with the crispy sev makes this dish so satisfying. They have many options for vegetarian. Love the service as well!! Will definitely visit back!

Came into HCSF after a workout lookin for some quality Nepalese cuisine and atmosphere. On a Monday afternoon it was quiet with a few guests. The spot was clean, cozy, and had a nice AC going so the temp was comfortable. The prices were quite fair, even affordable considering being in the city. The Nepalese folk are always so friendly and this was no different. The naan is homemade, crispy and not too thick. I got the Chicken Korma, which was flavorful and not too buttery. The korma had a healthy amount of chicken, too, which could go either way with some spots. They didn't have any more Kheer the waiter brought me a nice sweet treat anyway. Nepalese hospitality is unmatched. They even brought me an extra chai :: chicken korma, garlic naan, rice (doesn't come with the curry), chai and the dessert came to $25.31 (didn't charge me for the second chai or the sweet).

Soooooo good! I missed fresh Naan bread and correctly seasoned Shrimp masala with basmati rice. Also enjoyed Chicken buttered special, chicken jezkati, garlic naan, cheese naan with fantastic mango chetney. I think mango chetney was the beginning of the sweet and spicy everything. Chai is included and ended with kheer. Wow-you must try this restaurant!. Simple decor, quiet ambiance, good service and hot food made to order. Enjoy!
